I’d like to know YOUR experiences with continuing education. Sure, you’re fulfilling the requirements of your state, but are you truly learning anything valuable? Is there a course you’d like to have available to you, that hasn’t been created yet? I don’t come across very much discussion from agents themselves regarding their continuing education. I was told this years ago by a very successful real estate agent that there are three types of agent: Agents who think of real estate sales as a job Agents who think of real estate sales as a career Agents who think of real estate sales as a lifestyle Can you guess which agents are the most successful? Let me be as bold to suggest if you see it as a job, you are doomed. You can’t possibly have the passion necessary to make it in this business. Find something else to do!
