A very typical situation: A real estate investor talks with a Realtor and asks, “Can you find me a deal?” In most cases, the Realtor will jump on MLS, and search for a "deal", some property that is selling for less than market value. They are not going to find it! Or at least not the kind of "deal" that any investor wants! Many of today’s real estate investors are "fix and flip" investors. They want in and out in 90 days.
