Yet another real estate agent I know told me that "there are no more deals at the foreclosure auction." When I asked if he had ever purchased a property at the auction, the answer was NO. 593 properties, totalling $106,157,772.81 were sold in the last quarter of 2012 at Maricopa County foreclosure auction. My friend is not stupid, but he is repeating some nonsense that some other agent told him, who heard it from another, who heard it from another.
