I’d like to know YOUR experiences with continuing education. Sure, you’re fulfilling the requirements of your state, but are you truly learning anything valuable? Is there a course you’d like to have available to you, that hasn’t been created yet? I don’t come across very much discussion from agents themselves regarding their continuing education. Trustee Sale Basics - AZDRE APPROVED (C2050) 3 HOURS GENERAL CREDIT August 13th, 2014 9am-Noon. Mesa, Arizona The student will learn the fundamentals of Trustee Sales to serve their clients with an additional buying source, how to fully educate and protect them through this process just as in, or more, a traditional transaction. Emphasized in this course will be funding sources, disclosure and inspection matters as well as investment exit strategies.
The general consensus on assisting clients with purchases at auction is steeped in stigma and taboo. I’ve been successfully operating in the trustee sale space for over 16 years, and have created a business and system dedicated to assisting clients in finding and purchasing the hottest properties at auction. I was told this years ago by a very successful real estate agent that there are three types of agent: Agents who think of real estate sales as a job Agents who think of real estate sales as a career Agents who think of real estate sales as a lifestyle Can you guess which agents are the most successful? Let me be as bold to suggest if you see it as a job, you are doomed. You can’t possibly have the passion necessary to make it in this business. Find something else to do!
