Hello Clients,
 
We saw a slight slowdown of new contracts to 68 this week vs. 75 the prior week
New contracts under $250K fell to 44 vs. 61 the prior week
A total of three (3) homes over $450K went pending this week with over 300 active listings
Nine (9) new 2014 homes went pending this week
Total active inventory fell to just under 1,700
Closings fell to 44 last week versus 99 the prior week

Things like coats, shoes, books, purses, sports equipment , backpacks, packages, shopping bags and more. Having a spot that is organized and allows a place for everything has become a must. Mudrooms , once a thing of the past , are making a big comeback. We need hooks, drawers. cubbies, pegs,and niches to house all of our STUFF.
