Hopefully, the 3rd time will be a charm today. I am sitting in my office looking at MLS and realizing that I have 4 buyers looking for properties and nothing to see. We have exhausted MLS. So, I have a bit of a brainstorm and if you have read my past 2 posts today, you understand. Why not post a blog looking for the right house for them? So here I am, again today! If you have a house or condo to sell in Strafford County, NH or know someone that does, have them call me. I have a buyer who is looking for a 2+ bedroom condo or house in the 70-125k range.
