I'd like to share a story with you. This week, a friend, who is very computer-savvy, had a computer issue. She put a video of "the red screen of death" on facebook. What I found interesting was all of the comments. Everyone has some working knowledge (as end-users) of computers, right? Especially if they're on facebook. The National Association of REALTORS’ (NAR) Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun recently commented on the inventory shortage: “While feedback from REALTORS® continues to suggest healthy levels of buyer interest, available listings that are move-in ready and in affordable price ranges remain hard to come by for many would-be buyers.”
