This week in Chatsworth we saw 6 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $360,000 - $1,575,000; for an average of $752,750. Homes were built between 1957 - 1989. They range in size from 1439sf - 6592sf, although the lots range from 7518sf - 31490sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 7 and 71 days, with an average selling time of 49 days.
