 Hi there.  I'm sure that you've heard that the Spring Market is the time to sell your home. The reason this idea is so popular is that yes, a LARGE number of homes sell between April and June, EVERY YEAR. Because of this, many homeowners, like yourself, might wait to put their homes on the market until then.
The question is whether or not that will be a good strategy this year.

Here's what's happened this past week..
 
This week in Granada Hills we saw 6 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $495,000 - $790,000; for an average of $622,500. Homes were built between 1950 - 2012. They range in size from 1100sf - 3386sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 14 and 130 days, with an average selling time of 49 days.

These homes were built between 1928 and 2005. Lastly, the days on the market ranged from 8-174, with the average time on market being 75 days.
