This week in Northridge we saw 3 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $450,000 - $782,000; for an average of $589,000. Homes were built between 1956 - 1960. They range in size from 1581sf - 2482sf, although the lots range from 10,373sf - 16,765sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 15 and 258 days, with an average selling time of 100 days.
