We used the last couple of weeks to rest, rejuvinate and plan for the new year.  All kinds of exciting ideas & dreams are being worked out on our end.  We've also used the time to do a little assessment.  We (the nation) had a great 2015—the best year for housing since 2007. An interesting fact, is that the economists over at Realtor.com® project an even better year in 2016.

This week in Porter Ranch we saw 5 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $470,000 - $860,000; for an average of $675,155. Homes were built between 1962 - 2002. They range in size from 1328sf - 3986sf, although the lots range from 3416sf - 11177sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 16 and 156 days, with an average selling time of 63 days.
