This week in Porter Ranch, 9 homes were sold. They ranged in price from $235,000 - $780,000 with the average sale price being $553,222. The homes were built between 1962 and 2009, and range in size from 915sf to 2814sf. The days on market ranged from 4 - 210 with an average of 89 days. (It's getting longer each week).

You know what I love about the autumn real estate market? Although there may be fewer homes coming to market, those that do, show that the owners have taken the time (probably the summer) to update, clean, and really prep their homes to sell. And this is a really good strategy... because not only are sellers in competition with one another, they're in competition with the upcoming holiday season... as people start thinking about putting money down for a home, they think, ah... but how much do I need to put aside for Christmas and all it's (0 comments)
