Ever wondered what was available in the luxury rental-home market in North Texas? By "luxury rentals" I am referring to those in excess of $3,000 per month. Granted, that monthly price will not get you much "luxury" at all in some areas. Furthermore, why would someone spend this amount of money to LEASE when interest-rates are so low? If you're asking yourself if now is a good time to buy a home....the low interest-rates alone will tell you that it's a GREAT time to buy a home (especially with looming rental rates on the rise, and projected to rise even more in 2013!). However, what you can get for the same price-range in each area differs DRASTICALLY. Sometimes, a lower price doesn't mean you necessarily get "more for your money".
