There are still a great number of listings currently available to choose from, but that number has dropped 12.5% over the previous year... leaving Pine Knoll Shores with 119 properties currently available on the market. Fences were not made for sitting. They were made for privacy, keeping the dog & the kids in the yard, etc. Some fences were even made to protect the sand dunes and beach vegetation during storms and high winds. They were not made for sitting. And, if you sit on the fence too long, you may just get hurt! You may be kicking yourself one day, saying, "shoulda, woulda, coulda".

When Comparing closed listings from September 2010 (1 unit) vs. September 2011 (9 units), Sales are up 800%... I like the sound of that. The number of Pending Sales has increased 68.7% year over year comparison. There are still a great number of listings currently available to choose from, but that number has dropped 18% over the previous year... This is good news. Sales are up, inventory is down and prices seem to be stabilizing and actually inching up in some cases.

Everyday, I hear questions such as:

I only work and know the Crystal Coast of North Carolina, but I can tell you that here, right now, There is NO typical. Each property is Unique and so is each closing.

Living on the coast of North Carolina has tons and tons of difficult decisions. Which waterfront restaurant do we eat at? Which live band do we go to hear.....Reggae or Beach Music?
