One of the most recent additions to the culinary scene around Hudson Bend is Austin's home-town favorite Lucy's Fried Chicken. Lucy's owner James Holmes had great timing in taking over the previous Iguana Grill location, right as the water in Lake Travis began to rise. Now Lucy's offers lakeside views that rival The Oasis. The location is hard to miss whether you are driving by the bright neon sign on RR 620 or when boating by on Lake Travis with it's many bright red table umbrellas.
