It took awhile of living around the Hudson Bend area for us to try Sundancer Grill. I think it had been a another restaurant back several years ago and with all the great dining in and around Austin, it just never made it on our radar. Also, lakefront restaurants don't always have a good food reputation. Sundancer Grill is an exception to the rule. I could tell I would love the restaurant almost the minute we drove up. One thing I have noticed when working with listing clients is that the hardest thing for home sellers do is to depersonalize and edit down their belongings. Selling a home and moving are already some of life's biggest stresses so to add in editing down your belongings into the mix, the process can get to be way too much.

Austin is now very well-known for the craft beer scene. All over our city, and the towns that surround it, you will find unique microbreweries with great beer and cool vibes. And almost every Saturday afternoon they are packed with people playing board games, listening to music and sampling grea t beer. When my husband and I first started looking for homes in the Hudson Bend area, we enjoyed seeing the lighthouse that served as a beacon for cars rounding the curve toward Mansfield Dam.
