Come on up to Lake Arrowhead tonight for a great concert by the lake! The weather is perfect and Hwy 18 is open (330 is still closed, so don't come up that way). Tonight's concert features a Beatles tribute band, Paperback Writer. The weekly Farmer's Market has opened also, providing fresh produce and snacks to enjoy while you relax to the tunes. The Rim Recreation and Park District has so many activities offered to local kids (and adults too!) busy, you can count on something for each season. The choices range from Taekwondo to Belly Dancing, or, for the less active options, there's CPR and Drama offerings. The District manages facilities from Green Valley Lake to Crestline and everywhere in between.

Well, tonight was my first time attending a real estate auction and my head is still spinning. As we pulled up to the small auction in Lake Arrowhead, which was being held at one of the homes on the auction block, there were cars lining the street. My anticipation grew as I noticed all of the people milling about the property. We climbed the stairs to the property, anxious to be witness to the action inside.
