Chef Tai is currently competing in the Great Food Truck Race, and needs your support! Cast your vote for Chef Tai, 10 times daily, until September 12th to help him win!! Chef Tai’s Mobile Gourmet was the FIRST Gourmet Food Truck in the Bryan / College Station area. In his food truck, Chef Tai serves a unique blend of globally inspired cuisine - similar to what can be found in his kitchen at Veritas Wine & Bistro.
