We are holding an open house this Sunday in New Milford at 48 Reservoir Rd from 1-3 pm. And with all the foliage popping, it is a great weekend to be out there driving around and looking at homes! Talk about some eye candy, wow. We are having a great year so far for leaf peeping I must say.
48 Reservoir Rd is a lovely 3 bedroom colonial in a beautiful setting. The house is fantastic! And especially for those kitchen dwellers, there is a fireplace in the kitchen, no need to leave your beloved kitchen to enjoy a roaring fire.

There's nothing like a bunch of farm babies to put a smile on your face! Although there is something very spooky about the eyes of goats and sheep. Very spooky indeed. We saw these beauties at March Farm in Bethlehem today. We took the kids there for a romp in the playground. I am a die hard RealBird fan. There is no changing my mind about it either. The product is fantastic, I can use it in SO many ways.
Sellers love it, the online property flyer is, in a word, awesome. RealBird works very well with ActiveRain, and because you are here blogging you really should consider using Realbird to augment your blogging. And if you have a Wordpress site and for whatever reason don't have IDX on the site, Realbird solves that problem.

She sits outside of the once milking parlor at The Silo in New Milford, CT, where I was yesterday for the opening of the show Inspirations. Short sale, foreclosure in Litchfield County, Connecticut. I read a post this morning by Jon Zolsky of FunCoast Realty in Florida. In his usual entertaining style, Jon wrote about a woman who called him screaming because her lender came after her, following a foreclosure, with a deficiency judgment.
