I think if Buyers and Sellers really understood where we are in this current Real Estate Market, they would then move qucikly ahead to get their needs taken care of in Real Estate "NOW", rather than later. Mortgage rates continue to be at "Historic Lows";and although home values are "Down", it's a great time to sell an existing home and buy another. Sure there are trade-offs with what you may be able to sell the existing home for, but you probably are also going to be able to buy another home at a lower price than some later time. Good question! Does anybody have an idea of where we are headed? The most recent housing and economic news is bleak. With housing, we have two or three possible good months left this year, and then we start to get into the holdiays and the" DEAD of Winter". Who knows how the coming elections in November will effect the economy or in particular the housing market. Hopefully some thing positive will happen in the remaining months of 2010. Apparently, we are going to see alot more of these since the time delays caused by the new rules now run start to out, and the back-up of foreclosures start to actually foreclose. This will probably cause a further decrease in real estate prices due to the substantial number of these that are now going to hit the real estate marketplace. Rich Salla, GRI … (0 comments)
