For those of you that have read my Active Rain Featured article Some Positive News For the Real Estate Industry, you know that I think spreading positive news about the real estate market (when it comes around) is a necessary thing to do.  With all the negative news in the media, it is nice to pay attention to the positive real estate news and share THAT with your customers as well.

Even the most positive news articles, such as the article recently published touting that sales of new homes rose in April are laced with some interjection of negativity, or as some of you may feel is a fairer assessment: reality, but each of these articles do have some things to be positive about and encourage us to have hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for the housing industry and that we are going through a normal correction and the nature of real estate is cyclical.
