Recently, I was lucky enough to attend a Seminar and earn the designation of a CHMS. For those of you that do not know what the Acronymn is the designation stands for Certified Home Marketing Specialist. (Or Home Stager) As a Realtor,...we all need to have any edge to help clients make better informed decisions, whether (buyer or seller). In today's "Buyers Market", it's an absolute must to "Stage your Home".
