We've heard the saying a picture is worth a 1000 words. I would add a second line that says pictures are worth thousands of dollars. In today's day of technology it floors me to still see listings with poor lighting, bad angles, shots of the photographer in the mirror, and tons of clutter. As a Realtor I believe I owe my clients the best possible opportunity to market their home right from the beginning. That usually starts with a conversation about prepping the home for photos.
