Did you that a VA loan works even on a Jumbo purchase or refinance? This is a little known feature that I as a veteran (Viet Nam)never knew about. Sure I knew about VA loans but as a mortgage broker always saw other options that made more sense. Now, with the increased demand from returning veterans, I researched the VA loan programs and found a valuable feature that can now be used now only for the no-downpayment buyer but also for the > Homeowner that did not refinance their home because they did not have the 20% equity for a JUMBO MORTGAGE … (0 comments)
