I spent about an hour this week lurking in 2 different social media Facebook groups and was very surprised how many "experts" were telling users to post business information on their personal pages. More mis-information that is eventually going to catch up with those who utilize this practice. Posting biz information on our personal pages is a violation of FB's Terms of Service and can get your page permanently deleted.

This is often the busiest month of the year for many of us with new biz, existing clients, family time, shopping, parties, events, travel, etc. and it is very easy to put our online presence on auto-pilot until the new year. Do. Not. Do. That. As Barbara Todaro mentioned yesterday, marketing is a year-round endeavor. December is finally here, quicker than some would like, but right on cue for many others (count me in this category). I feel like the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland this week. I haven't been late for anything but I have been scurrying to and fro with plenty of real estate activity to wear me out.
