Morgan Hill Homes for Sale - Property values have increased
Home values of single family homes in Morgan Hill increased in September 2010 compared to the same period in 2009.  While the average list price of single family homes in Morgan Hill has increased by $158,798 or 29.46% the average sale price increased $144,636 or 26.9% in September 2010 compared to the same period in 2009. The number of bank owned properties decreased considerably in September 2010 compared to the same period in 2010.  While 22 of the 35 reported single family home sales were bank owned in 2009 this year that number dropped to 6 of the reported 15 single family home sales.
