What to do with a lowball offer. In today's market buyers are shopping for a "bargain" and sellers want to get the best price for their home. Home values have decreased and many sellers will not receive what they perceive as a fair price for their home. Buying and selling a home can be stressful and emotional. When sellers receive a very low offer they tend to become offended and refuse to counter. This is not the best way to respond to an offer. Morgan Hill Homes for Sale - Property values have increased Home values of single family homes in Morgan Hill increased in September 2010 compared to the same period in 2009. While the average list price of single family homes in Morgan Hill has increased by $158,798 or 29.46% the average sale price increased $144,636 or 26.9% in September 2010 compared to the same period in 2009. The number of bank owned properties decreased considerably in September 2010 compared to the same period in 2010. While 22 of the 35 reported single family home sales were bank owned in 2009 this year that number dropped to 6 of the reported 15 single family home sales.
