Meet Norman! Our newest member of the family! A family that was moving out of state was not able to take him with and wanted to find a forever home for this sweet little pup! He's a 2 1/2 year old Shih Tzu and yes his name is Norman! The little girls in his first family named him after a cartoon character because they thought he looked like the old man. We thought of changing his name, but Norman so fits his BIG personality! He's so darn cute and loves to play with toys, run around like a crazy dog AND … (39 comments)
