Buying a home is a big event and your agent should not be trying to 'sell' you on anything but rather assisting you in making the best possible choice in a home for you. If you feel pressured into buying it might be a good idea to take a step back and think about it at least overnight. And I know, some markets around the country are really HOT right now so buyers get very anxious and want to buy a home - any home that kind of fits what they're looking for. Crystal Ball Predictions remind me of that old Phoenix saying - But it's a dry heat. With that said we Phoenicians like to 'tell' ourselves that 110 degrees in the summer isn't so bad. And that's the exactly the way I see Crystal Ball Predictions they aren't that bad. Or are we just fooling ourselves? Time will tell.
