Phoenix Market Trends - Under Contract - Weekly Ave List Price/Sq Ft
The Metro Phoenix area has gone through significant changes with regard to the Real Estate market. The chart below indicates that there has been a steady climb with regard to the Weekly Average List Price per Square Foot to a long-time high of $108.00 as of February 2013. A consistent improvement since the lowest Weekly Average List Price in July 2012 when the price per square foot was $92.94. There was a slight dip in the months prior to this; however, even this was improvement over the previous low of $80.79 as of September 2011. … (4 comments)
