Many of you know my love of hiking and simply being outside to enjoy nature. It's been my 'meditation' every day. for years. I started hiking when I moved to Vail CO after college and just never stopped. Who knew I'd turn into a hiker when I really was a skier, tennis and racquetball player and golfer!  Hiking got into my blood. And then I had to stop hiking.

 Another excellent perspective from Lou Ludwig !  It's all about focusing and concentrating on what we want to create and staying focused! I see so many people start out strong but then they get sidetracked and loose sight of their desired goal. Kind of like those beginning of the year resolutions. Ha!
