Another Sunny Winter Day in Phoenix
 

Alas we local Phoenicians are suffering through the brutal winter weather by making difficult choices. Should we spend the afternoon on the golf course or perhaps go for a hike?  Or maybe a nice lunch on the patio?  So many excellent choices!
 
My husband is stuck at an airport back east somewhere.  He just texted and said they have to go back in to re-fuel and de-ice.....yet again.  Needless to say he's looking forward to getting back home sometime today, hopefully.  Before you go all nuts on me about bragging about our lovely … (37 comments)

Wow I've been up since 4:00 or so as a friend needed a ride to the airport. She's going out of the country for awhile and didn't want to leave her car at the airport.  It's almost 7:00 and it's still dark here.  The ride back from the Phoenix airport was so pretty because many folks leave their Holiday Lights on all night long.  I also learned what businesses are open at 5:00 in the morning in Phoenix...Starbucks and many others. When we think of a scoundrel we usually have somebody in mind!  And no I'm not talking about Roger Mucci or Pat Kennedy! Although now that I think about it, both of them sure have stirred up some good old fashioned fun on ActiveRain!

This morning was my  time to relax outside and enjoy our gorgeous Phoenix weather.  I brought out my ipod to listen to music while taking a Jacuzzi. Mr Barney made it clear he had to join me!  You know how those 'scoundrels' … (24 comments)
