Professional? Comfortable? Crossing the Line. Recently a contractor that we've recommended for years may have moved from professional to comfortable, crossing the line. A client of ours is preparing her home for sale. She's been happy with all the people we've referred thus far. How to Spot a True Professional Business Partner
Yesterday our long time home inspector met with a long time client at his home. The client has been through, to say the least, A LOT, this past 3 or 4 years. His wife has had multiple brain surgeries and is now permanently in assisted living. He has MS and has had to move to San Francisco as he can't handle the heat in Phoenix. He had to leave his wife behind and his home, with a very heavy heart.
