Being 'winter' prepared in Phoenix AZ is a tough job!  Growing up in Minnesota I remember how much work it was making sure the lake home was prepared for winter. The boats and dock had to be brought in to the boat house as well as all the patio furniture and sports equipment. And then there was the business of making sure we had 'emergency supplies' in the trunk of the car just in case we got stuck in a snow storm.
