Today's zoom meeting was well worth an hour of my time by a long shot! Mary Thompson has been a rainer since 2009. I didn't know her before today but I sure wish I would have! Mary is full of excellent information on appraisals and answered all of our questions. Awesome presentation Mary!
My biggest take away today was descriptions on MLS photos. For years we have had professional photos taken and we did type in descriptions on each photo. But, what I didn't realize is that would be extremely helpful to appraisers for agents to add a lot more details to … (31 comments)
