A post by one of our IREAA members has certainly caught our attention, it reads:
Recently, I was encountered by a situation relating to one of my client's "For Sale" listings, that I had posted on Craig's list. It's a long story, but I'll try to sum it up.
Someone had taken the post that I created and changed the text to read that this was a rental property with a very low rent, changed the "Reply To" email address slightly so that it still resembled my client's email address (they used a Yahoo Email) and reposted this ad in … (58 comments)

ireaa: E-mails with PDF Attachment

I have been inundated with e-mails containing a PDF attachment. I get up to 50 e-mails or more a day with these PDF attachments! Apparently others in my Real Estate Virtual Assistant group IREAA (www.ireaa.com) are having these issues as well. I don't know the people sending the e-mails and I know that this has to be some new wave of spamming. After doing some research today on this issue, sure enough, spammers have found a way to get around the spam filters set in place.
