We are new to Real Estate and blogging. When looking to purchase our final home after moving here to Central Virginia, we were bitten by this business. All aspects. What really helped was that we had the most fantastic Realtor®. She honestly cared about what we wanted and needed. You see, we needed space and seclusion for our show dogs. We were not looking for a house on an acre in a subdivision It was a world (show dogs) that Debi didn't understand but was going to in order to find our property.
