GETTING OUT OF THE BOX TO GET HOMES SOLD If you don't do Open Houses anyway - go ahead and skip this post. If you are one of those people who are always looking for innovative ways to get homes sold, though, you might want to consider this idea. This Sunday, March 27th, 2011 my partner and I will join with four other Realtors (all different companies) who are banning together to do an all-community Open House in the gated community of Parkridge Estates in Orange, California.
