In the final flurry of real estate activity moving into the new year, Steamboat Springs and Routt County saw $12.5 million in closed real estate sales, with all but $620,000 in whole ownership transactions.
Notable in the closed deals for this period was the fabled "Covered Bridge" home located at Catamount Ranch. After almost 10 years on the market and a price that started near 10 million, Pam Vanatta of Prudential Steamboat Realty, was able to get her Seller to consumate a deal.
