Of those reported Steamboat area real estate transactions, 10 were closed single family home sales, 8 condo/townhome sales, 5 lot/land and no commercial Steamboat real estate sales closed.

Not much snow for the last week at the Steamboat Ski Resort! As is frequently the case, the Steamboat Ski Resort is receiving snow as I type because the area closes this weekend. No complaints....moisture is good. My visions of golf course openings in Steamboat may have to wait a week, however.
The Sunday Steamboat Pilot newspaper reported 27 real estate transactions last week with a dollar volume of $13,178,899. Of those sales, 11 were single family homes, 10 were condo/townhomes, 5 were lot/land sales and 1 was commercial/industrial.

Mountain bike cruise in Grand Junction yesterday! One last glorious weekend before the Arctic Express arrives...an alleged strongest storm on record (since the '70's) in the Bering Sea. This storm is a remnant of Typhoon Nuri and is promising some heavy snows for Colorado as it pushes inland. I'm sad to see this exquisite fall weather depart...but it is time for ski season at Mount Werner!!!!

49 transactions were closed and reported by the Steamboat Pilot and Today for a dollar volume of $37,346,885. Of those sales, 17 are single family homes, 18 are condos/townhomes, 13 are lots/land and 1 commercial/industrial (the TIC campus closed for $9.7 million).

Nothing like an action packed weekend in Steamboat Springs, CO with the Yampa River Festival and it's newly included stand-up paddle boarders in the competition, along with the Steamboat Marathon, half marathon, and 10K runners of about 1500!
