Of those reported Steamboat area real estate transactions, 10 were closed single family home sales, 8 condo/townhome sales, 5 lot/land and no commercial Steamboat real estate sales closed. Steamboat Springs in all of it's 4th of July parade splender! Another hallmark of summer in Steamboat Springs....the 4th of July parade has come and gone! Town was full of people and there was no shortage of activities to accompany the parade and fireworks. Steamboat Springs real estate sales are bustling, as well. Even though the closed sales for this period were fewer, activity remains brisk across all price points and categories. 9 transactions closed this past week for dollar volume of $2,840,098. 4 were lot sales, 3 were single family, in town and in the county, and 2 were condos. Of the current 178 pending sales, 78% have list prices less than $500K, 12% are pending with a list price between $500K and $1million, and 10% are pending with a price of a million or more.
