There were 11 whole ownership transactions this past week for a total of $4,266,810. The market buzz continues with “under contract” properties as of today at 120! The median pending price is $274, 500 and the average is $421,962, which are both generally lower than in the past 6 months. However, the highest pending price is a ranch on 700+ acres that was listed for $4.5 million and the lowest is a mobile home listed at $14,500.
