Of those reported Steamboat area real estate transactions, 10 were closed single family home sales, 8 condo/townhome sales, 5 lot/land and no commercial Steamboat real estate sales closed.

This past week, the Steamboat Pilot reported 16 closed Steamboat Springs real estate sales with a dollar volume of $9,548,500. Of those Steamboat sales, 4 were single family, 7 were condo/townhome, 1 was a lot/land sale, and 4 were commercial/industrial.

There were 12 closed Steamboat real estate transactions for a dollar volume of $4,686,350. Of those closed Steamboat real estate sales, 6 were single family, 4 were condo/townhome, 1 was lot/land and 1 was commercial industrial.

Steamboat Springs real estate sales reported by the Steamboat Pilot on Sunday were 21 whole ownership closed transactions. The dollar volume was $12,593,995 for those 21 Steamboat real estate sales. Add in the 2 reported fractional sales at One Steamboat Place and the total for the past week is $13,208, 995. Of the whole ownership Steamboat Springs real estate sales, 4 were single family, 13 were condo/townhome sales, 4 were lot/land and there were no commercial/industrial closed transactions.

Mountain bike cruise in Grand Junction yesterday! One last glorious weekend before the Arctic Express arrives...an alleged strongest storm on record (since the '70's) in the Bering Sea. This storm is a remnant of Typhoon Nuri and is promising some heavy snows for Colorado as it pushes inland. I'm sad to see this exquisite fall weather depart...but it is time for ski season at Mount Werner!!!!
Over $38 million in real estate sales were reported closed in the past 3 weeks by the Steamboat Pilot and Today. That dollar volume represented 77 closed Steamboat Springs area real estate transactions.

Notably, pending sales reported by the Steamboat Springs MLS show a decrease in dollar volume and pending units.
