We need to start making everyone aware of the new problem that is taking over many areas. No longer are move in ready seller occupied homes safe from destruction. Recently on our way to a closing, we went to do our final walkthrough. On the way we received a call from the Listing Agent informing us that there had been a break-in in the house and the police were called. Today, we are thrust into situations where we must trust. Trust - is it something we truly have today? We trust that our doctor will take care of us. We trust that our city services will protect and serve us. We trust that our employers truly care about our successes which become their successes. Our Sellers and Buyers trust that we, the Realtors, will do our best to get their home sold or purchased.
