We need to start making everyone aware of the new problem that is taking over many areas.  No longer are move in ready seller occupied homes safe from destruction. 
Recently on our way to a closing, we went to do our final walkthrough.  On the way we received a call from the Listing Agent informing us that there had been a break-in in the house and the police were called.  The police arrived and it was discovered that some very tricky thieves, kicked in two doors and made their way to a professionally finished basement where they preceeded to rip out the … (2 comments)
