fontana: How do I prevent a dog from pooping on my lawn? - 08/08/15 07:24 AM

I am having a problem with one of my neighbors. I do not know which one it is but I awake each day to a little gift on my front lawn.

How do I get the neighbor to clean up after their pet or prevent the pet from pooping on my lawn?

fontana: Home Loans, your options. - 03/04/08 02:57 PM
While shopping for a home is exciting, it also means you need to do some research to find the best loan for your Fontana home. Finding a good loan can make a huge difference in your monthly payment as well as the overall process.
Here are some tips to help you along your way:
Getting pre-approved for a loan is one of the best choices you can make. Firstly, there is no cost and no obligation. Secondly, it allows you to have a little more advantage when shopping in that the seller knows you are a "serious buyer." This is different from abeen pre-qualified. … (0 comments)

fontana: First time home Buyers~~~Facts you MUST KNOW. Part11 - 02/24/08 07:55 AM
The best things a first-time homebuyer can do are conduct research and ask many questions.
Remember that buying a house is never easy for anyone. However, interest rates are currently lower than they've been since the 1960's so if you can buy a house, this is probably a great time.
With being a first-time homeowner, there are many questions you'll want to ask. It's easy to focus in on the size of the rooms, the structure, the lot, but there are other options to consider - things you need every day to live. Here are some examples:

Public transportation - If you depend on … (4 comments)

fontana: Your Credit Score~~~~part11 - 02/24/08 07:07 AM
There are things you to know about credit prior to buying your home:
· Payment history - one of the first things any lender will look at is your credit line and  payment history. If you have made payments on time that is a positive step.
Have a budget - This is highly recommended and will help you prepare for a home loan as well as keep you on track once you've purchased your home. All too frequently we get further in debt after buying a new home and this can let us fall behind on our payments later. All too often we have … (1 comments)

fontana: Your credit score~~~~part1 - 02/22/08 04:35 AM
Sometimes being approved for home buying can be difficult however, there are things you can do to be approved or be approved for higher amounts and better rates.
One of the greatest obstacles with home buying is having less than perfect credit.
Credit is a huge advantage when buying a home so if you do have bad credit, before you start into the home-buying phase, take time to get copies of your credit report from the three main reporting agencies(Equifax, Transunion and Experian) and cleanup discrepancies. Keep in mind that this effort sometimes take months or even years so be prepared to spend some time … (0 comments)

fontana: First time home Buyers~~~Facts you MUST KNOW. Part1 - 02/22/08 04:10 AM

If you are interested in buying your first home, don't allow myths to prevent you you from trying.
The truth is that with market conditions, it's a little more difficult for the first-time homeowner simply based on price. However, with so many options available, that doesn't mean you can't qualify for a mortgage loan. You just need to know what to plan for and what questions to ask.

Studies show that many potential homeowners believe they can't buy a house when in fact, there is strong possibility that they can. Close to 15% of people living in the United States state they would like to … (0 comments)

fontana: Southridge Park/Southridge ~Fontana Parks~Inland Empire - 11/08/07 08:20 AM
I have lived in Southridge since 1994. It is perhaps one of the more active neighborhoods in Fontana, the city of action. The Jurapa Hills form a great backdrop to this great community. For those who love an active lifestyle or those who like to keep the kids active with having to spend an arm and a leg; Southridge is paradise.
Southridge is the home to many parks but today I want to talk about the Southridge Park.
