We want to let all Jacksonville military personnel know about a new program offeringfinancial assistance to first-time homebuyers who are veterans or active-duty military. Jacksonville is home to so many fine military men and women due to the presence of the Navy at Mayport Naval Station and NAS Jacksonville and we are proud of each one and appreciate the opportunity to assist them in every way possible.

Time is running out for First Time Home Buyers to take advantage of the $8000 Tax Credit.  Remember, also, that "First Time Home Buyer" means anyone who has not owned a principle residence within the preceding 36 months.
You only have until November 30, 2009 to find a home, secure financing and close the transactionto receive your $8,000 tax credit/downpayment.
