Take a day trip to St Martin…. 7 miles south of Anguilla …Go shopping on the Caribbean French Rivera…have fun !
Then go for lunch at Le Sand Beach Restaurant in St Martin.
Wow !! What a great find !!! My Friend.. Fabreeze a French Chef in Anguilla introduced me to Gerald Ravel in French St Martin who owns and operates Le Sand .
Le Sand just opened in 2012 …No advertising per say ..and well let’s just say word of mouth advertising is working !

Conveniently located between San Antonio and Houston, Texas.  Gonzales played a very important part of Texas History.
"Come and Take It !! "  The Mexican Government gave the settlers in Gonzales a cannon to protect themselves....Well, when there was a little friction between the settlers and the Mexican Government wanted the cannon back !!!!!
Well ...the settlers finally just said " Come and Take It ! "

Gotta say "WOW !!!" Went for lunch yesterday ! Had a great time...Excellent Food and Excellent Service !!!!
I had a Seven Spice Fresh Tuna Salad ...The presentation, the flavors was perfect.. The waitress "Olli" took care of us with the utmost of professionalism, timing and presence.
I have traveled all over and dined in many restaurants...Cappy's is High on the list
I highly recommend Cappy's Restaurant ...Fine Dining and Wine

And is now a great historical site.  Also, The Sunken Gardens and The San Antonio Zoo are all next to each other. What a lovely area !!!
