As I turn on the television, check my email, or listen to the radio all I hear are the echo's of the media warning the end is near, "We're headed for a recession". Yes the housing market is in a bit of a pickle and the market is flooded with inventory, and foreclosures are on the rise. The message has been broadcast loud and clear.
