Pay it forward - each day I try to do something "nice" for someone. Sometimes it's someone I know, sometimes it's someone in my office. Sometimes it's at a grocery store, you just never know when a smile or a little help to someone can change their day. Have you thought about whether or not your Realtor (R) is working in your best interest? Have you checked out their work? Have you checked out what your listing looks like out on the internet? Have you looked at the photos that are posted? Make sure the person you want to help you sell your home represents the homes they have for sale in a professional manner!

Have you gotten around to changing your listing photos yet? With fall here, it’s time to freshen things up. I drove by several of my listings yesterday to shoot some photos that had some fall color in them. One shot was of a local park, pretty colors on the trees are just starting to show up. This is Jackson Park in Milwaukee, near Alverno College and St. Luke's Hospital, both are walking distance to my new listing at 3400 N 33rd Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
